You can verify that data is being sent from the proxy into SQL Governor by looking at the overview on the Monitoring page:

The first blue gauge on the top of the page called System ping shows the percentage of servers, instances and databases that are successfully sending data. If the value is anything less than 100% for more than a brief period of time, one or more of them has an issue. The nodes that are not sending data are shown in the tree on the left in a light gray color instead of black.
Another gauge to monitor is the Agent job health in the bottom right corner. If this gauge's value is less than 100%, one or more of the jobs on the SQL Governor server have failed. Hovering the mouse over the percentage shows a list of all jobs and their last run statuses. If the job called DB Governor Data Mart has failed, data is not being moved from the log tables into permanent storage in the data mart.
If System ping is consistently below 100% or Agent job health shows that the data mart job has failed, contact us at support@dbpro.fi. If database mail is available, you can also configure SQL Governor to send you emails whenever log data is missing.
